Margot, margoram is a a milder form of oregano - so you can use it in similar dishes. We incorporate in in omelets, spaghetti sauce, fried rice... anything really. I expect that Google may also be a source of useful hints. Please share if you find anything delicious! d

the Marjoram looks so lovely and smells very nice - but one question for the box crew - what does one make with Marjoram? David and I were thinking of throwing it in risotto but drew a blank after that - ideas?

Hi

Just to say that we celebrate with you the first week of the CSA program! We feasted this evening - and even ate the radish leaves, they were so fresh and crisp!!

Love the photograph of the new lambs. Could anything be cuter ?? :-)

Ah Prince George. How the memories come flooding back. Soon the cold will loose its power and the doggie 'surprises' will re-emerge from there winter sleep... Prince George is where we caught the gardening bug, so bad in fact that I left my secure government job to return to school to study landscape architecture. Fortunately I chose a school (UBC) where the Landscape Architecture program was stilled housed within a Faculty of Agriculture. The rest as you might say is history. Prince George had a significant influence on me finding my passion - growing food! Say hi to the place and warm birthday wishes to Daniel's mom. Safe travels home.

Hi Derek and Michelle,

Exciting to see your stand out again at the farmer's market - even if in Cyberspace. I am in your home town right now and you would not be growing a thing if you lived here as it is cold!!! It has snowed a little everyday we have been here.

I wanted to follow up with you to make sure my mom dropped off the money for the 1/2 share for the CSA. I am really hoping I got in and I am really looking forward to enjoying the fruits and veggies of your labour.

Good luck with the lambing and the spud planting this week - what fun!!

Kind words David. Thank you for them. I could only hope to be like E.B. White - I'm not sure I have the elements or the style or the staying power. Only time will tell. dm
