Exciting to see your stand out again at the farmer’s market – even if in Cyberspace. I am in your home town right now and you would not be growing a thing if you lived here as it is cold!!! It has snowed a little everyday we have been here.
I wanted to follow up with you to make sure my mom dropped off the money for the 1/2 share for the CSA. I am really hoping I got in and I am really looking forward to enjoying the fruits and veggies of your labour.
Good luck with the lambing and the spud planting this week – what fun!!
Ah Prince George. How the memories come flooding back. Soon the cold will loose its power and the doggie ‘surprises’ will re-emerge from there winter sleep… Prince George is where we caught the gardening bug, so bad in fact that I left my secure government job to return to school to study landscape architecture. Fortunately I chose a school (UBC) where the Landscape Architecture program was stilled housed within a Faculty of Agriculture. The rest as you might say is history. Prince George had a significant influence on me finding my passion – growing food! Say hi to the place and warm birthday wishes to Daniel’s mom. Safe travels home.
